What variations are available?
To make sure that you have the perfect headpiece, almost all of the designs online can be varied by altering the colour, colour combinations and changes to the trimmings. If you're after something specific, please get in contact with us to discuss how we can bring your ideas to life.
Do you accept custom requests?
Yes, we absolutely do! Custom requests are Victoria’s favourite thing to do. We love working with people on making something incredible and just for them.
The turn around time for custom orders is 2-6 weeks, depending on what is requested. There will be an initial consultation either in person or over the phone, to discuss what you’re looking to have created and to answer any questions that you may have about the process.
Can I try on a piece before I buy?
As refunds are not issued for change of mind purchases we strongly recommend that you make an appointment to come and try on as many pieces as you like. The studio is based in Melbourne, Australia, and we’re open Tuesday - Saturday b appointment only.
If you’re unable to make it to the studio, please contact us for additional photos to be sent or if you have any questions that aren’t answered in the product description.
