SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to shipped?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I certainly do. We currently ship to New Zealand, UK, Europe, USA, Canada, China, and Japan. See the table below for international shipping rates.

* Please note, the recipients of the order will be responsible to pay any applicable duties and taxes imposed during or after shipping. How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

 

What if my order arrives damaged? 

Every care is taken to ensure that your order is packaged securely. Should any damage happen to your item, or it get’s lost along the way, please get in touch.

Can I come and collect my order?

For anyone who is able to come to our studio in Melbourne, Australia pick-up of your order is available by appointment. If this is you preferred option please make sure to select the pick up option at checkout. 

 

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately returns are not accepted for change of mind. Please contact us to ask any questions you may have, so you are 100% confident in your purchase. Items can be exchanged for something else from our online collection if it doesn’t look exactly how you planned. 

What if my order is faulty?

Every item is fully reviewed and packaged to ensure that it reaches you in the perfection condition it left the studio in, however, if you feel that your purchase is faulty please contact us straight away - hello@aureliapaige.com
