Can I return my order?

Unfortunately returns are not accepted for change of mind. Please contact us to ask any questions you may have, so you are 100% confident in your purchase. Ready to Wear items can be exchanged for something else if your original order doesn’t look exactly how you planned. We understand that happens sometimes.

There is no return or exchange for custom and made to order pieces, or earrings.

What if my order is faulty?

Every item is fully reviewed and packaged to ensure that it reaches you in the perfect condition it left our studio in, however, if you feel that your purchase is faulty, please contact us straight away - hello@aureliapaige.com
